Book for East Midlands Airport, not a nearby station
Give us East Midlands Airport as the destination, together with your full pickup address and flight details. East Midlands Parkway is a separate railway destination; if you need that station or an airport hotel, specify it when booking so we quote for the correct journey.
Early departures and late arrivals can be easier to manage when the transfer is arranged before your travel day. Tell us if your party includes children, a pushchair, mobility equipment or extra bags. We will confirm whether a suitable vehicle and any requested equipment can be arranged.
East Midlands Airport to Peterborough pickups
For an East Midlands Airport to Peterborough transfer, provide your flight number and a working mobile number. After landing, collect your luggage and confirm the meeting point with the driver or our team. Use the agreed passenger collection area rather than making your own assumptions about the departures forecourt.
Request meet-and-greet assistance when booking if you would like the driver to meet you at an agreed location. We will confirm availability, the meeting point and any applicable charges. Keep your phone switched on after landing so we can reach you.
Check East Midlands Airport’s official travel information. Airport arrangements can change; follow the instructions confirmed for your booking.
Waiting time and flight delays
Choose your collection and waiting start time. You can request that waiting charges start 30 minutes or one hour after your flight lands, rather than using the default timing. Tell us your preferred timing when booking so we can confirm it and schedule the driver accordingly. The agreed waiting start time will be recorded in your booking confirmation.
Our team is available 24/7 by phone and WhatsApp. Call 01733 555 888 or send us a WhatsApp message for booking help, collection arrangements or changes to your plans.
Unless your booking confirmation states otherwise, airport collections include 30 minutes complimentary waiting from actual recorded landing time. After this, waiting may be charged at £0.30 per minute. Additional airport parking or access costs may apply where extra waiting is required.
Give us a valid flight number so we can use reasonable efforts to monitor your arrival. If your flight is delayed by more than two hours, the original driver and immediate collection are not guaranteed; contact us to agree revised arrangements. Let us know promptly if immigration or baggage reclaim is taking longer.
See our airport waiting terms and flight delay terms for the full conditions.
Choose a vehicle for passengers and luggage
Saloon or estate
Ask us to confirm seating and boot space for your party. An estate may be useful when additional luggage room is needed.
6-seater MPV
Request an MPV for family or group travel. Share the size and number of bags before the vehicle is confirmed.
8-seater vehicle
For larger parties, request a suitable vehicle in advance. Available luggage space depends on the vehicle and seating arrangement.
Larger vehicles need their own quote and are subject to availability. Tell us about pushchairs, child-seat requests or mobility equipment. Specific equipment is only guaranteed when expressly confirmed.
