Planning an airport or wheelchair accessible journey?
Airport collections: provide your flight number, airport, terminal, passengers and luggage. You can request an agreed waiting start time, such as 30 minutes or one hour after landing, so we can schedule the driver accordingly. Confirm the timing and charges when booking. Wheelchair accessible taxis: availability is limited and advance booking is required. Contact us to discuss the wheelchair, passenger and assistance requirements, and wait for confirmation.
